Important Policy
CashbackLive reserves the right to reverse offers due to detected fraudulent activities. Fairness matters to us. If we find any fraudulent activity, we will decline your reward and may suspend your account.
1. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- One Account Policy: Users are strictly permitted to operate only one CashbackLive account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or manipulate payouts is considered fraud.
2. Earning Cashback and Rewards
CashbackLive allows you to earn cashback on purchases made at our partner retailers through affiliate links provided on our platform.
- Tracking: To ensure your cashback tracks successfully, you must click through the links on CashbackLive immediately before making a purchase.
- Best Practices: We highly recommend using Mobile Internet for better tracking. Avoid using ad-blockers, VPNs, or opening other coupon websites during your transaction, as this can overwrite our tracking cookies.
- Pending Status: Cashback will initially track as "Pending." It will only be moved to "Confirmed" once the partner retailer verifies that the purchase was completed, not returned, and adheres to their specific terms.
3. Missing Cashback Claims
If your purchase does not track automatically, you may submit a "Missing Cashback" ticket. However, CashbackLive relies entirely on the tracking reports provided by affiliate networks and retailers. If a retailer declines a missing claim, their decision is final, and CashbackLive cannot pay cashback from its own funds.
4. Fraud Prevention and Fair Use
Fairness is our core principle. We employ strict monitoring to detect abuse of our systems.
- We reserve the right to reverse, adjust, or cancel any cashback or rewards if we suspect a transaction is fraudulent, invalid, or violates retailer policies (e.g., bulk buying for commercial resale).
- If fraudulent activity is detected, we can and will decline your reward, forfeit your pending balances, and permanently terminate your account.
5. Payouts and Withdrawals
Once your cashback reaches the "Confirmed" status and meets the minimum withdrawal threshold, you may request a payout via the methods provided in your dashboard (e.g., UPI, Bank Transfer, or Wallets).
- You are responsible for ensuring that your payout details (UPI ID, bank account) are accurate. CashbackLive is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts provided by the user.
6. Limitation of Liability
CashbackLive acts as a portal to third-party retailers. We are not responsible for the products, services, or delivery provided by these retailers. Any disputes regarding a purchased product must be taken up directly with the respective retailer.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
